Kathryn integrates energy medicine with either creative play or restful moments, guiding the child’s system toward its natural balance. As equilibrium is restored, the child's innate self-healing mechanisms activate and function at their best.

Balancing and Protecting their Energy

Energy healing can be used to improve all areas of your child’s life by creating a balance in the body’s life force - mind, body, and spirit. It involves 1) cleansing negative energies, blockages, or obstructions from their energy body and 2) energizing their energy centers/chakras.

Kathryn Palacio

Kathryn Palacio is a Pranic Healer and Reiki Master with a passion for energy medicine and helping children and teens to become the fullest and most vibrant expression of who they are meant to be. She uses energy medicine protocols and techniques to assist children and teens in improving their mental health, mental development, focus, self-confidence/positive self-image, healthy relationship with food, as well as decreasing unhealthy food cravings.
